Our products are developed, produced and tested under the related EN safety standards. 
The warranty was rendered depending on the products, the period of guarantee as below:
For carbon rims & wheels,2 years from the date of receiving the goods.
For other carbon parts, including frames, forks, handle bars, seat posts, stems, bottle cages: 2 years from the date of receiving the goods.
This warranty is valid only for the following factors:
1.The goods are directly from our company only.
2.The products must be originally designed by our company;
3.Manufacturing or assembly defects in the production process;
4.Original design faults; 
This warranty is not valid for the following reasons:
1.Improper installation/equipment with any other parts;
2.Inappropriate uses, or amendments without our written agreement. 
P.S.: Particularly, but not limited to wheels, the replacement or refund is only valid for the part with problem. For example, the replacement or refund is only for rim if the rim has problem, but not the complete wheel, same rules applied to hub, spokes, nipples.   
Any purchase will be considered to willingly and automatically accept the above-mentioned terms .
